"We are the only IT Engineering Company in Australia to have achieved Carbon Neutral Status
from 2009."
To ensure robust service delivery for this complex project, we supported our customer with our ‘zero-touch’ solution. This is where our engineers work under our clients’ brands as part of their business.
For DET, this meant a completely seamless service to 850 schools across NSW.
For our customer it meant assurance that each element of the project would be completed professionally. Best took care of everything – from loading software right through to fixing hardware. Our customer received value for money, statewide coverage, with Best taking all incident calls, allocating engineers, and reporting back. Importantly, all Best engineers have Working with Children clearance.
Consider it Done
With our innovative pricing and service solution, our customer paid a fixed price for our service, regardless of how many times we needed to attend a school. We also took care of upgrading the BIOS versions on each Netbook, re-imaging them with the new DET image, and deployment logistics.
