John founded Best I.T. Engineering in 2002 after 15 years in leadership and management roles in the IT service industry in Australia and the UK. In the nine years since, Best has grown from his garden shed to a team of 400 engineers across Australia, working with major IT businesses including Apple, HP, NCR and Lenovo.

Founder and Managing Director of Best I.T. Engineering, John is responsible for the leadership and direction of our business. But most importantly, he is our clients’ advocate.

For John, the greatest reward is the daily thrill of working with a team that share the same core values, and knowing that every day hundreds of people rely on Best to get the job done.

John is genuinely passionate about people and delivering great service. Since establishing Best, John and the executive managers have built a dynamic and dedicated team through an ethos of care and support.
