Position: Operations Director

As Best I.T. Engineering’s Operations Director, Ewan is responsible for the premier standard of service we bring our clients. His role includes service delivery for projects, repairs and warranty.

As many of our clients’ projects are especially complex, Ewan enjoys the challenge of breaking new ground when designing and implementing sophisticated service delivery. He makes sure our resource model fits not only with our clients’ requirements, but also within their timeframes and budget.

With his focus on how best to deliver our clients’ desired outcomes, Ewan sees the only limitations as being the ones we set ourselves.

Ewan has held a number of senior roles in the IT industry over the last 20 years with companies such as BP, Cable and Wireless, Bay Networks, Guinness, British Aerospace and HP.
