    Best International is a privately owned IT services business, based in Sydney and operating throughout Australia and New Zealand.
    We provide IT engineering solutions around the deployment, repair and disposal of IT devices: services; high volume, low level hardware installations, adds, changes, repairs and moves to Blue Chip Technology Vendors, System Integrators and OEM’s. We work pro-actively in partnership with our clients to assist them in the achievement of their profitability and service quality objectives.

    Regional Presence
    Best employ and control over 90% of all deployed engineers directly. This positively affects on-costs to our clients and enables us to tightly control quality and service levels on an individual event basis.

    Fixed Price per event
    Our Fixed Price model provides clients with absolute predictability. We guarantee no cost overruns and our quoted project price includes all travel and reasonable ‘out of scope’ allowance.

    Lower cost per event
    Best have developed and refined a highly efficient operational cost model. We are deliberately structured as a ‘lean burn’ operation, free from unnecessary infrastructure and overhead costs. We pass the benefits of our hard-won operational efficiency directly to our clients in the form of reduced contract costs.

    Service Desk Operation – 365 Days per Year – We have the capability to supplement any of our clients’ service operations with our fully staffed service desk facility. The Best Service Centre coordinates and delivers over 150,000 service events per year and operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

    Best International is committed to the principles and practices of Sustainable Development and to minimising the adverse effects of our commercial operations on the environment. Accordingly, Best International continually monitors it’s carbon emissions and this data is verified by a fully independent annual audit. BEST audits are undtertaken in compliance with The GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standards and ISO - 14064-1 Greenhouse Gases. http://www.ghgprotocol.org
    Carbon credits are purchased monthly, in arrears, to offset 100% of all CO2 equivalents emitted across every aspect of our business activities. Best International purchase two types of carbon credits:

    Forestry Sequestration Credits - The Forestry NGACs which are sourced from the New South Wales Government’s forestry management service Forests NSW.

    Each forestry NGAC certifies that one tonne of CO2 has been removed from the atmosphere and stored on our behalf for 100 years.

    In addition the land the forests have been cultivated upon must have been cleared prior to 1990, and should any harm come to the trees themselves within that 100 year period then the carbon credits must be replaced from an alternative source.
    Methane Destruction Credits - Methane gas has a molecular structure that is actually more damaging to our atmosphere than CO2.. It has a ‘global warming potential’ that is twenty one times worse than CO2 which is why it is so important to prevent it from being released into the atmosphere. For this reason we also purchase NGAC’s that are created from projects which are designed to trap and destroy this harmful gas as well as ones that relate to CO2.
